This Notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used on aritha.com and aritha.ai, and your choices. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. The cookies we use
A. Strictly necessary (no consent required)
The app cannot function without these:
- Authentication / session (Clerk) — keeps you securely logged in.
- Security / CSRF & load balancing — protect and route requests.
- Payment (Stripe, paid plans) — fraud prevention and checkout.
B. Optional — analytics / product usage (consent required; off by default)
- Product analytics (PostHog) — helps us understand how features are used so we can improve them. These are not loaded until you accept via the cookie banner.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data collected via cookies.
2. Your choices
For visitors in the EU/EEA, UK, Nigeria, and Canada (including Quebec), where category-B cookies are used a consent banner appears on first visit with equal Accept and Reject options. Reject is a genuine, equal choice; non-essential cookies stay off unless you Accept. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, or block cookies in your browser (strictly-necessary cookies are required for login).

A current inventory (name, provider, purpose, and duration) is maintained at aritha.com/cookies and updated when providers change.
